
Ok. I have made another "How to walk in high heels" video. This one is in two parts, so far. It includes stretches, exercises, and techniques that should help you hone your high heel abilities to a stiletto point. Please leave comments so I can continue to expand and improve it. I have tried to address the issues and questions that have been presented to me. But, of course, as soon as I was done, I was thinking of other things I should have included. Some good information from the first video was left out, such as how to put on or stretch shoes. I will get back to that in Pt. III.
Personally, I think this is a much better version, and I hope you will find it so too. However, THE AUDIO ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! Sorry! But, if you turn it up and can stand the "noise," it is possible to hear at least 90% of it.
Now. this may seem like a terrible thing (and, really, it is a damn shame). But, I urge you to look at it this way: You are that much closer to experiencing me in person! Yes, I am not proud to have to admit that fading away as I speak is something that I have been accused of all my life. I am working on it and have made lots of progress, but it is just one of the many vestiges of the extreme shyness that characterized much of my life. Soooo,....that's the best spin I could think of. I will do better next time, since I am now more aware of the limitations of my equipment. (Hopefully, my other "equipment" will be able to distract you from the pain.)
